PIERRE LÉGARÉ, PRESIDENT

Pierre has over 35 years of experience in construction; management of engineering, procurement, and construction projects; and business management of construction companies. Pierre has experience managing projects in cold weather, tropical, arid, and remote regions spanning over 30 countries worldwide. His experience includes both LSTK EPC work and EPCM work. He has managed projects in excess of $5 billion total installed cost. His experience includes the mining industry, resource industries, and infrastructure and development industries.

ARSHYA QURESHI, P.ENG., PMP, VICE PRESIDENT

Arshya has diverse experience in operations and in the execution of mega engineering and construction projects. His expertise includes project management, project controls, commercial management, capital management, prime contract management, business management, and mechanical/package engineering. His work experience includes operations and execution of projects in Canada, USA, Panama, Spain, Mauritania, DRC, Ghana, and Russia. Arshya earned a Bachelor of Engineering and Management, Mechanical from McMaster University.

gordon lung, B.Eng.Mgt, VICE PRESIDENT

Project professional with over 10 years of experience in the field of projects and construction management.

He has complimentary blend of commercial, project execution and operations experience and has worked on both greenfield and brownfield projects.

He has strong experience in contract administration and management, change management, controls and project coordination.
